Great location

Very good hotel. I would like to thank Emre, Kadir, Yasin and Seyma for their exceptional service. Travelled as a family of 14. Some issues initially with parents being put in a room with no window and another room not adequate however Emre quickly moved them to a suitable room the next morning. The cleanliness is to a good standard. Breakfast is OK. Usual eggs, meats, cheese and fruits, nothing fancy. Pool small however kids loved it and OK for a dip after long day sightseeing and choice of 2 pools. Sauna also good. Steam room could do with a revamp. Old looking didn't always work and didn't look clean. Location excellent. Central to all major sight only issue is taxis cannot always get in during busy periods. I would stay here again if visiting Istabul.

I recently stayed at Orka Royal Hotel and had an excellent experience, rating it a 9 out of 10. The service was exceptional, with the staff being attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a perfect setting for relaxation. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. We were a big family of more than 20 people, and all were happy with the service and cooperation, we've been there for 2 weeks. I highly recommend Orka Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Spacious and Clean Rooms: All rooms, including the triple ones, were exactly as shown in the photos, with three individual beds, daily housekeeping, and impeccably clean linens and towels. There were also in-room amenities like coffee and tea. Quick Check-in and Check-out: Despite the large group (31 people – students, teachers, and NGO members), the check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. Bathroom and Elevator Facilities: The bathrooms were modern, spacious, and very clean, and the elevators worked continuously without delays or malfunctions. Varied and Generous Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was very rich, offering a wide range of options (cheeses, pastries, meats, dried and fresh fruits, juices, tea, coffee), satisfying all tastes. Spa Area and Pools: The spa area is a major attraction, with two pools on the lower level (one with hydromassage) and a third pool on the terrace, offering a splendid view of the Bosphorus Strait. The wet and dry saunas are spacious and clean, and the hammam with warm marble provides an authentic relaxation experience. Gym: The gym is fully equipped and highly appreciated, especially by the students, offering ample space and the necessary equipment for exercise. Additional Services for Extra Cost: The hotel offers body massages, a hair salon, and a barbershop at an additional cost, all located on the lower level of the hotel. Exceptional Location: Close to all the main attractions in Istanbul (1 minute from Marmaray subway and tram stations, 2 minutes from Galata Bridge and the Bosphorus Strait, 5 minutes from the Grand Bazaar, 7 minutes from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, 2 minutes from Gulhane Park and Topkapi Palace), yet set back from the tram line, ensuring peace and quiet for rest. The hotel is very nice, excellent location near by all kind of public transport, heart of the old town, restaurants, shops. The staff was very kind, especially Seyhmus, who was willing to help us a lot. The rooms were clean and nice, the spa as well. The view from the terrace was perfect. There are 2 paid parkings in front if the hotel, which is very practical having in mind the small streets and no place to stop with a car.
